Peregrine Health Names Dave Zynn Chief Financial Officer

AI-powered behavioral health company adds veteran financial leader to support next phase of national expansion

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - March 26, 2026 – Peregrine Health (Peregrine), an AI-powered behavioral health services company focused on increasing access to care for underserved communities, has announced the appointment of Dave Zynn as chief financial officer (CFO).  

Zynn brings more than 35 years of financial and operational leadership to the company, with extensive experience scaling healthcare and technology organizations. As CFO, he will oversee all financial operations, strategic planning and capital management as Peregrine expands its behavioral health programs to serve more than 300 Federally Qualified Health Centers and clinic partners nationwide.

Zynn joins Peregrine at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. With more than 300 clinic partners across 17 states, Peregrine has built a comprehensive solution that integrates expert clinicians, operational support and advanced AI-powered technology into Federally Qualified Health Centers. The model enables clinics to build sustainable behavioral health programs that improve access, strengthen provider capacity, and deliver better outcomes for patients.

Prior to joining Peregrine, Zynn founded and led Zynn + Associates LLC, a financial consulting firm providing fractional CFO services, financial restructuring and capital-raising support. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Infectious Disease Connect Inc., a telemedicine company, president and CEO of lagnosis Inc., a telemedicine company focusing on dermatology. He also served as president and CFO of CombineNet, Inc., a SaaS procurement company he helped restructure and lead to a successful exit and earlier in his career held the CFO role at SMT Health Services Inc. Zynn began his career with KPMG. Zynn also is a member of the Development Committee of the Board of Directors for One Day to Remember, a charitable organization assisting families stricken by advanced-stage cancer to have a fun, quality family day away from treatment.
