Peregrine Health Named to 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southeast List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - March 31, 2026 – Peregrine Health (Peregrine), a national provider of behavioral health services for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), has been ranked No. 50 on the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southeast list, a prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing privately held companies across South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
The Inc. Regionals list, an extension of the national Inc. 5000, is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a two-year period. The 182 companies on this year’s Southeast list had a median growth rate of 89 percent and collectively added 12,079 jobs and $3.4 billion to the region’s economy between 2022 and 2024.
“This recognition reflects the work our team does every day to connect patients in underserved communities with the behavioral health care they need,” said Adam Peebles, CEO of Peregrine Health. “The growth behind this ranking represents tens of thousands of patients who now have access to care that did not exist for them before, and this is what drives us.”
Peregrine Health partners with FQHCs to design, manage, and operate behavioral health service lines in underserved communities. The company builds dedicated telehealth programs inside clinics, employing licensed clinical social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists who deliver care through a combination of telehealth and on-site services. Peregrine currently operates across 17 states and serves more than 300 clinic partners.
“The honorees on this year’s Inc. Regionals list achieved exceptional growth at a time when the odds were against them. Amid inflation, supply chain disruptions, and ongoing economic uncertainty, they didn’t just persevere – they innovated, adapted, and thrived. Their resilience made them standouts in their industries and true growth engines in their regions.” said Bonny Ghosh, Editorial Director of Inc.
